Overview

ALLNET Law Limited ("ALLNET Law", "ALLNET People", "we", "us" or "our") operates allnetpeople.com and other websites within the ALLNET Law group (together, the "Site"), giving you access to support throughout the recruitment process as well as our other specialist services. Please read these Terms of Use in full before using the Site. By using the Site, whether or not you register with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to them, you should not use the Site.

Where we put forward a candidate to a client for an engagement or role, that introduction is governed by our standard Terms of Business, save where we have agreed bespoke terms with that client. These Terms of Use sit alongside those Terms of Business; they do not replace them.

Using the Site

Most areas of the Site can be accessed without registration, though some features require you to create an account. Accessing any part of the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use; if you do not accept them, please leave the Site.

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Post or transmit content that you do not hold the necessary rights, licences or approvals to share
  • Submit information that is false, misleading or incomplete — including, for candidates, details about your background or your right to work in the UK or elsewhere
  • Post defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene or otherwise objectionable material
  • Upload viruses or other harmful code, interfere with data you have no right to alter, or overload the Site through spamming or flooding
  • Use any tool or technique intended to disrupt, damage or crash the Site
  • Damage our reputation, or defame, harass or threaten others through your use of the Site
  • Engage in, or encourage, conduct that is unlawful or could give rise to civil liability

We will determine, at our sole discretion, whether your use of the Site complies with the above, and may suspend your access or remove any content we consider to be in breach or otherwise objectionable, without prior notice. Where law enforcement or a court requires us to disclose the identity or location of someone who has posted material in breach of these terms, we will cooperate fully.

Account Security

Registering or logging in to the Site requires a username and password. You are responsible for keeping these credentials confidential and secure and must tell us immediately if you suspect your password has been compromised or used without authorisation. We accept no liability arising from unauthorised access resulting from a compromised password.

How We Use Aggregate Data

We may collect and analyse visitor information across the Site in aggregate form to help us understand how the Site is used and to improve the recruitment experience we offer. This does not involve disclosing individual names or identifying details, and any aggregate data we share with selected third parties is handled on the same basis. Personal data is processed separately in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

Intellectual Property

Except where stated otherwise, all content on the Site — including images and photographs — is owned by ALLNET Law or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use only, provided copyright notices remain intact; copying, distribution or commercial use is not permitted. You also agree not to scrape, frame or otherwise extract content from the Site, attempt to reverse-engineer any underlying software, or post material that infringes another party's intellectual property rights.

Changes and Availability

We work to keep the Site running reliably, but we are not liable for periods of unavailability caused by maintenance, upgrades or technical issues outside our control. We may modify, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site, including specific features or content, at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use by posting a revised version to the Site; continuing to use the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the changes. We may restrict or deny access to the Site, in whole or in part, at our discretion and without explanation.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ALLNET Law accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on, or use of, information provided on the Site. All content is provided without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.

While we take reasonable steps to use reliable sources, we do not guarantee that the information or opinions on the Site or on any linked site are accurate, complete or current, and we accept no responsibility for content or services on websites outside our control.

We do not warrant that the Site will operate without interruption or error, that any faults will be fixed, or that the Site or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful elements; nor do we guarantee any particular outcome from your use of the Site.

We cannot guarantee that any client will interview or respond to a candidate following submission of their details.
